Bihar board class 10th result 2020: Himanshu Raj made the list of toppers in matriculation examination with 96.20% marks.
Bihar Board Class 10th result list toppers: Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) declared class 10th matric result on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. This year's pass percentage was 80.59 percent, which was slightly lower than the 80.73 percent in 2019. In a change of trend this year, boys overtook girls in Bihar Board's Class 10th. The BSEB said that out of the 12 lakh students who passed, 6,13,485 were boys and 5,90,545 girls.
Himanshu Raj of Rohtas district topped the Bihar Board Matriculation Examination with 481 marks, Durgesh Kumar was second with 480 marks and Shubham Kumar was third with 478 marks.

According to a statement released by BSED, 4.03 lakh students attained first grade. The maximum number of securing second division marks was 5.24 lakhs. On the other hand, 2.75 lakh have appeared for examination with third division.
The board said that over 2.8 lakh students failed the matriculation examination, while the results of four candidates are pending.
Apart from BSEB website - biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in and onlinebseb.in, students can also check their class 10th results through SMS. To avail this facility, an SMS needs to be sent - from BSEB-RollNumber- to 56263. The result will be updated with SMS.
